Carbonethics is a not-for-profit organization that aims to decelerate the climate crisis through climate education and blue-carbon ecosystem conservation.

 

Carbonethics has collaborated with us on several projects involving coral reef conservation and an on-going community-based program called The Fellowship Program. Through the program, we are enabling the local youth to take part in restoring the reef for their future.

Mandarin Oriental Jakarta has partnered with us protecting and restoring coral reefs in Padangbai, Bali. This is in line with Mandarin Oriental Jakarta’s FACE Program which aims to focus corporate social responsibility on four key points: Family Health, Advancing Education, Community & Environment Sustainability and Empowering Women.

 

In a new initiative called ‘Everything Starts from The Sea’ the hotel contributed to the recovery of coral reefs by supporting a coral planting project in Bali supported by hotel colleagues who are keen divers.

OCEAN PURPOSE PROJECT

RENEWABLES & ENVIRONMENT-FOCUSED COMPANY

Ocean Purpose Project is a Singaporean Social Enterprise solving the ocean plastic crisis through plastic to fuel, bioplastics and behaviour change​. Not only that, they are always on the lookout for the stability and good health of the corals.

 

OPP has also been helping us with spreading the awareness of the need for coral reef restoration, getting the attention that it deserves, and collecting donations for the cause.
